This is a private bunglow in Thevara, Cochin. Again, this is a repeat customer for us. We have done their apartment in 2007 and when they decided to build a new house, they wanted wood floor for the entire villa.

Project Summary
The architect wanted a mix of floors in different rooms. They wanted a lighter colour flooring for the kids rooms, darker colour flooring for the living area and medium colour flooring for the bedrooms. So they went for White Oak for the kids room, Merbau for living area and Teak for the bedrooms.
