This private residence in Kolenchery, Ernakulam District is the design of Architect Cyril Paul of Ecorythm. This is the second house of the same client we are doing. The client and the architect wanted our hardwood floor in the entire house including the kitchen.

Adhesive : Bona R850T
Sub Floor : Bona H600 Self Levelling Compound
Finish : Bona Drifast Sealer as the Primer and Bona Mega One as the top coat
For the exterior Decking:
Timber : Ipe Decking Strips 65mm wide
Fastening System : Westwood Hardwood and Machine Pressed Aluminum Clip System
Finish : Bona Decking Oil
Project Summary
For this very modern looking house, the wooden floor was perfect. They selected Iroko 90mm wide hardwood floor with Bona Drifast Sealer and Traffic finish. This project was completed in 2019 and the approximate area of the floor is 5000 sq.ft
The client also wanted Ipe long strip decking for all the balconies and also for the front verandah. We did this decking with Ipe 65mm wide strips done with our customized deck fastening system.
